Pricing
Priced by the work, not the seat.
Respond is licensed per project, for the team that answers RFPs. Engage is licensed per seller, for the people in front of buyers. Both answer from the same Brain, so adding the second is a license change, not a new implementation.
How it’s priced
Respond
For the team that answers RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires.
Right for you if
- You answer dozens of RFPs, DDQs or security questionnaires a year.
- SMEs, not writers, are the bottleneck.
- Answers have to leave in the buyer’s Word, Excel or portal format.
Engage
For the sellers in front of buyers.
Right for you if
- Reps walk into calls knowing only what’s in the CRM.
- Buyers ask about security or roadmap, and reps guess.
- Follow-up and CRM notes get written late, or not at all.

FAQ
Questions answered before the call.
Why are there no prices here?
Respond follows how many responses you complete, and Engage follows how many sellers use it. Both vary enough that a list price would be wrong for most teams. Bring your volumes and we’ll price it on the call.
What counts as a project?
One completed buyer response: an RFP, DDQ, security questionnaire or similar request.
Is the Brain priced separately?
No. It’s the governed answer layer under both products, included with either license.
Can we add the other product later?
Yes, and most teams do. The knowledge is already in the Brain, so it’s a license change, not a new implementation.
Priced against your volumes, on the call.
Bring a recent RFP, or three questions your reps can’t answer today. We’ll show it working on your material and price it.
